Connected Hubs – Irelands National Hub Network

Connected Hubs is a central driver of the Irish National Hub Network, a Government of Ireland initiative aimed at establishing and strategically expanding a network of interconnected Hub facilities throughout the country. Our mission is to harness the full potential of Hubs to make a significant contribution to the revitalisation of Ireland’s towns and villages through the promotion of Hub working. Part of , Connected Hubs is managed by the Western Development Commission in conjunction with the Department of Rural and Community Development and the Gaeltacht.

Togher with other enterprise development agencies in the North West of Ireland, we will host an in-person event for circa 100 attendees at a Coworking hub in Sligo. The Coworking hub will be the Advanced Innovation in Manufacturing hub or AIM Centre for short.
The event will be organised by The Western Development Commission's Connected Hub's team, Údarás na Gaeltacht, WestBIC, Mayo County Council and the team at the AIM Centre. The event will bring together attendees from the business community in the North West and will serve as an opportunity to gather information on the current challenges facing these businesses. The event will target businesses operating from hubs and coworking facilities as well as businesses working along side hubs. It will also serve as an opportunity to showcase hubs to businesses that have never used or been inside a hub.
